"Comfy enough for everyday wear"
I’ve been wearing these regularly, and they’re really comfortable for daily use. I kind of assumed they’d be a bit more breathable based on the style, but they do run a little warm after a while. Still a solid pick if comfort is your main thing...

"Order was mostly right"
My UGG order showed up quickly, so that was nice, but one of the items came in the wrong color. The size was right and the other pair was totally fine, so it wasn’t a complete mess or anything. Still, who wants to deal with returns or exchanges when the order was almost right? Just a little annoying, honestly

"Easy exchange, but the delay felt avoidable"
I accidentally ordered the wrong size from ugg.com, so I had to do an exchange. The process online was actually straightforward, and getting the return label was no hassle at all.

The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because it took longer than I expected for the replacement pair to ship, which felt a little avoidable. Customer service did respond when I reached out, though, and the new size ended up fitting perfectly

"Started falling apart sooner than expected"
I ordered these boots from UGG, and after just a few weeks the stitching was already starting to come loose. The sole also looks more worn than it should this early on. To be fair, they were comfortable at first and I really wanted to like them, but for the price I expected them to hold up a lot better. I don’t think I’d buy them again.

"The payment suspense was real"
I ordered from UGG the payment part was smooth overall. My card went through on the first try, and the confirmation email showed up right after. The only dramatic moment was after I hit pay and the page just sat there loading for a few seconds, leaving me wondering if I had just entered checkout limbo. Thankfully, it all worked out in the end.

These do keep my feet warm overall, but my toes still get cold sometimes. To be fair, I’m always the person with cold feet anyway, so maybe that’s partly on me. I just expected them to feel a little warmer all the way through

"Smooth shopping, but the filters were a little disappointing"
I found the boots I wanted quicker than I thought I would, and checking out was easy. The photos loaded without any issues, and the sizing info was right there, which I appreciated. I guess I expected the filters to be a bit more streamlined though, because narrowing things down by color and size took more clicking around than it should have. Overall, it was a good experience, just not quite as easy as I expected.

"Honestly really impressed with these boots"
I’ve been wearing my ugg boots a bunch already they just feel really solid. Like, the second I put them on I could tell they were well made, the stitching is neat, nothing feels flimsy, and the inside is ridiculously soft. I keep expecting them to start looking a little worn because I’ve reached for them so much, but they still look basically new. Just really happy with them overall

I ordered boots from ugg.com and the tracking was pretty much on point. It updated when things moved, and the delivery date ended up being right.

I’m giving 4 stars because it stayed on “label created” for a while, which was a little annoying. After that, no issues.

"Customer service helped, but the wait was annoying"
I had a problem with my order and ended up contacting customer service. They did help me get it sorted out quickly once someone finally got on the chat, and the person I spoke with was nice and explained everything clearly. That said, the waiting was kind of annoying. I just don’t like sitting there waiting on chat, and it felt like I was waiting longer than I should have. Still, once I got through, they handled it well, so overall it was a good experience

"Checkout wasn’t no hassle"
Ordering on UGG was easy, and checkout didn’t take long at all. I used Apple Pay, which worked fine and saved me from typing in all my info. The only thing I’d say is the shipping options weren’t exactly clear until the last step. Not a bad experience, though — I’d definitely use it again.
